One of a series of exciting rookies entering the premier class for 2010 Alvaro Bautista is a former 125cc World Champion, and the popular rider makes the move up to MotoGP from 250cc to take a seat on the official Suzuki GSV-R machine. Bautista's World title in 2006 was followed by a switch to 250cc, in which he was the Rookie of the Year in his debut campaign. Never finishing outside the final top four standings in each of his three seasons in the quarter-litre category, the Spaniard rides alongside veteran Loris Capirossi for Suzuki in MotoGP. |
